Customer Satisfaction
At Pearline, we want you to feel delighted with your purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, our team will assist you.

Returns
You can return your order within 7 days of delivery, provided the jewellery remains unused and unworn. Please send it back in its original packaging along with the bill or invoice and include your order number to start the return process.

Items You Cannot Return
We cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Customized, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery is also non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are excluded from returns or refunds.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team inspects it carefully. We notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days, though your bank or payment service may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Email us at sabafaheeem2002@gmail.com within 48 hours if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Attach clear photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs apply unless we send a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not refund customized or personalized jewellery unless a manufacturing defect or damage occurs at delivery. Refunds are not issued for damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or handling fees are non-refundable unless Pearline made an error.

Final Decision
Pearline reserves the right to make the final decision in case of any dispute. Please contact us within the return period for questions regarding refunds or returns.
